防水材料CE认证 EN13967:2004
1. 标准名称—EN13967:2004 (防水材料CE认证)
EN 13967:2004—Flexible sheets for waterproofing—Plastic and rubber damp proof sheets including plastic and rubber basement tanking sheet—Definition and characteristics.
EN 13967:2004— 防水柔性板,包括塑料和橡胶底层制箱用薄板的塑料和橡胶防潮薄板—定义及性能.
2. 防水材料CE认证强制时间
2006年9月1日起，所有在欧盟市场销售的防水材料都必须经过CE认证，其产品加贴CE标识，才能在市场范围内销售。防水材料CE认证根据EN 13967:2004标准进行认证。
3．防水材料CE认证产品认证指令及体系
防水材料CE认证根据欧盟建筑产品指令CPD: 89/106/EEC，采用体系3产品认证体系。从2013年7月1日起，欧盟建筑产品法规305/2011/EU-CPR法规将取代建筑产品指令89/106/EEC-CPD指令，进入强制实施阶段。
4．防水材料CE认证进行如下初步测试评估

Resistance to wind load: 抗风压测试 EN12211
Against ageing & Against chemical 老化测试
